Three doors. One philosophy.
Each track is built to be wearable on your worst week. Pricing is honest and shared on the first call — never hidden behind a funnel. No prices on this page because no two clients carry the same load, and the price should match the load.
Habit Reset is the complete twelve-week onboarding into a working strength and nutrition routine — built from a one-week audit, not from a generic template you've already seen tape itself to a fridge and die by Wednesday.
Week one is the audit. We map your sleep window, your eating window, your training window, and your recovery window. Not your workouts — your *windows*. Containers first. The content goes inside them later.
Weeks two through twelve install one habit at a time. Three sessions per week minimum, scaled to the life you actually live: shift work, parenting load, travel, joint history, and the equipment you can realistically reach. Weekly written check-ins. Voice notes for anything that needs more than a paragraph. Form review by video any time you ask.
By the end of the cycle you have a routine that survives your worst week. From there it's your call: graduate, switch to maintenance, or run another cycle with a new goal layered on top.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching is for the person who has the training side mostly figured out and knows the kitchen is the bottleneck. We start with the four-quadrant plate — protein, fibrous vegetable, starch, fat — because decision fatigue is the silent killer of every diet that ever failed you.
Once the rhythm holds, *only* once the rhythm holds, we layer in macro targets. Most coaches start there. We don't. Starting there is how clients quit on day eleven of a thirty-day program. Earning the right to add complexity is the entire game.
Weekly check-ins, photo logs of meals if you want them, and complete honesty about what's working and what isn't. The plan adapts to travel, to holidays, to the week your kid gets the flu. The plan is *yours.*
Pricing is flat and honest. No surprise add-ons, no upsells, no "premium tier" hiding behind the one you signed up for. The price you start at is the price you pay.
The Meal Plan Library is a growing rotation of quadrant-built meals that any reasonable adult — or teenager, or hotel kitchen, or partner who has never cooked — can execute without coaching. Each plan is a single page. Each plan tells you the protein, the fiber, the starch, the fat, the portion, and how to scale it up or down.
Use it as a standalone tool if you want the framework without the coaching. Or use it as the back-end of a coaching cycle so you spend zero brain on "what's for dinner." Decision fatigue isn't a personality trait; it's a logistics problem.
Plans are added monthly. Current categories include weeknight 20-minute meals, batch-cook Sundays, single-person cooking, travel days, and high-volume training-day plates.
Honest disclosure: the library is in active build-out as the practice grows. Founding-roster clients get permanent access to every plan added through 2027.
Not sure which door?
That's what the call is for.
Twenty minutes. No commitment. We figure it out together, on a phone call, like adults.
